Jennifer Farrer, Senior Consultant and Director of Client Solutions, has made her life’s work applying what the world knows about human nature, leadership and wellbeing to help business leaders magnify their positive impact on other peoples’ lives.
Jennifer came to the leadership field by way of a ten-year marketing career after a series of “aha” moments led her to conclude that leadership strategy is the most important, and yet most often overlooked, part of organizational strategy. Prior to joining Kaplan DeVries in 2012, Jennifer was a Senior Consultant with Gallup. Jennifer holds an undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech (Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude) and an M.A. in Communication Research from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where as a research fellow she studied the relationships between communication strategies, comprehension and behavior change.
With a unique blend of communication expertise, business strategy experience, and training in social science research, Jennifer specializes in putting the right people in the right roles and equipping them to lead better—and lead better lives. She lives in New York, NY with her husband Benjamin.
